Beach Properties of Hilton Head is proud to introduce our Preferred Guest Program. This program provides guests in our vacation homes & villas the ability to receive discounts at local stores, restaurants, and activities. The response has been great from the Hilton Head community and we are so excited to be able to offer this program to our guests.

Please check out the Island Info pages on our website. As you look around at the numerous activities on Hilton Head Island, you will see the discounts offered at these establishments. When you find a place you would like to visit, you just present the Preferred Guest card (this will be located in your property upon arrival)…and the discount is yours!!!

Some vendors do require advance reservations, so please take a look before you come down. Click here to view the list of discounts and specials. Also – this is an on going project for us, and we are always searching for more businesses to participate. We recommend that you check out the discounts while you are here on the Island as well because you never know if a new offer will be posted!!

Visit The Sandbox for the fun and FREE event to meet local businesses and organizations that are involved or associated with children of all ages and their families.  There will be tons on information, along with prizes and giveaways. 

Children will have the opportunity to  check out a fire truck, play in the “Balloon Typhoon”, enjoy face painting, arts & crafts and earn free Sandbox passes just by visiting the different booths.    There will also be a “Kids Tag Sale” area with gently used clothing and merchandise for sale.

Join the Hilton Head Choral Society in their sesaon finale and tribute to America!!!

This Memorial Day music festival is held at two location – May 30th at the First Presbyterian Church and then again May 31st at the Holy Family catholic Church. Song choices range from 19th century hymns to colonial folk songs and patriotic anthems.

Join over 200 animal lovers for a morning of fun, surprises,games and gifts!!  Held annually, the Dog Walk on the Beach benefits the Hilton Head Humane Society and is one of their major fundraisers for the year. 

The Dog Walk is scheduled to begin at 9:30AM on Coligny Beach.  Please stop by the shelter or cal (843) 681-8686 for registration and information.

Come see this timeless love story with a twist, winner of 4 Tony Awards including Best Score,  at The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina.  Shows are held nightly Tuesday – Sunday, with a matinee at 2:00PM on Sunday.
