This bright and cheerful home offers a friendly welcome to our guests. The home has a lovely view of a lagoon and the distant marsh from the back deck. This large deck is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The large private pool with waterfall and spa* offers plenty of sunlight. 1 Wren is located in Sea Pines across the street from the Tower Beach Club and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is fully updated with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. One bedroom with two double beds shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with the bedroom with 2 twins. The master bedroom with the king bed has a private bath with a large shower only. The sofa bed is in this bedroom as well. The final bedroom with two double beds has a private bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is an additional full bath off of the hallway with a shower only. This colorful house provides lots of attractive space both inside and outside.
