This bright and cheerful home offers a friendly welcome to our guests. The home has a lovely view of a lagoon and the distant marsh from the back deck. This large deck is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The large private pool with waterfall and hot tub offers plenty of sunlight. 1 Wren is located in Sea Pines across the street from the Tower Beach Club and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is fully updated with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. One bedroom with two double beds shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with the bedroom with 2 twins. The master bedroom with the king bed has a private bath with a large shower only. The sofa bed is in this bedroom as well. The final bedroom with two double beds has a private bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is an additional full bath off of the hallway with a shower only. This colorful house provides lots of attractive space both inside and outside.

| It was our first time to Hilton Head and we had the best family vacation ever. The house was beautiful and was spacious for 2 families (4 adults & 4 kids) plus a nanny. The nearby grocery stores were so abundant of gourmet ingredients that we ended up only eating out once, over the 8 nights that we stayed there. We loved the vaulted ceiling and the outdoor deck was perfect for an afternoon beer/snack. The kids were so thrilled with the beautiful private swimming pool that they were in there twice a day. They also loved the yellow butterflies that come and visit everyday. It was by far the most memorable family vacation ever and we are determined to go back | |||
