10 Battery Road is a lovely one story home located on a quiet street in the heart of Sea Pines. It has a pleasant, bright layout with the kitchen opening up to the dining area, as well as one of the three seating areas the home has to offer. There is a formal living area as you enter the home with large windows that view out to the pool. The other seating area is tiled and comfortably furnished with access to the pool as well. The large master has a king bed, a newly renovated bath with walk-in shower, and a day bed for kicking back and reading your favorite book.
There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin beds; they both have their own bathrooms, with access from the hall only. The pool/yard area features a gas grill, a brick surround, and has a very tropical feel with the lush landscaping. This home is very cozy, yet designed for everyone to have their own private space.
