10 Battery Road is a lovely one story Hilton Head rental located on a quiet street in the heart of Sea Pines. It has a pleasant, bright layout, three separate sitting areas and plenty of room for everyone.
When entering the home, guests will be in the formal living area which has cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows overlooking the pool and a Queen sleeper sofa. The eat-in kitchen, with a small table for two, is located just off this room and opens up to the dining area, as well as one of the three seating areas the home has to offer. This small sitting area has a couch, a chair and a television, and the formal dining area has a table that seats 6. There is also a breakfast bar that accommodates 3 for a quick breakfast or lunch. Off the formal living area is a separate den with a leather couch, a chair and a television. This tiled room has its own entrance to the pool area and is the perfect setting for family movie nights as there is a DVD player in here as well.
All of the bedrooms are located to the left of the main entrance. The large master has a king bed, a newly renovated bath with walk-in shower, and a day bed for kicking back and reading your favorite book. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds; they both have their own bathrooms, with access from the hall only.
The pool/yard area features a gas grill, a brick surround, and has a very tropical feel with the lush landscaping. This home is very cozy, yet designed for everyone to have their own private space. It is also perfect for some Hilton Head golf with close proximity to the Harbour Town Golf Links.

| Great place. Pool was great. It is in the shade which felt good on the high 90s days. Plenty to keep the kids busy and wide selection of restaurants. Most prices reasonable. | HH is our favorite place to vacation. We love the beach and the family atmosphere. 10 Battery was a great home close to everything. We especially like being in Sea Pines Plantation. The home met all our needs and the setting was great. | |||
