Staying in Hilton Head rental homes is all about comfort and location, and 10 Marsh Wren has both of these! Located just 3 rows from the beach in Sea Pines, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath home offers plenty of space. The large, open great room has tile flooring and includes the main living area, a separate dining area as well as a sitting living area with a glass table-great for playing board games! The eat-in kitchen has an island and opens to the Den which has a large 50 inch flat panel television and opens up to the pool area through a sliding glass door. This area also features beautiful hardwood floors.

Just off the kitchen, guests will find the first of two bedroom areas. The first bedroom has a full bed and the second has two twin bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo which is located off the same hallway. A door provides privacy for these bedrooms separating them from the kitchen and main living area.

The other three bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house. There is a Master Suite with a King bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks, and private access to the pool area. A fourth bedroom has a Full bed, private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a separate sitting area with a love seat. Both of these bedrooms have 22 inch flat panel televisions. The fifth bedroom has a King bed and shares the bathroom in the hall with the main living area and kitchen.

Guests will enjoy the easy access to the beach 10 Marsh Wren provides in its location next to the beach walk-an easy 2 minute walk will get you to the sand!! There is also an outdoor shower and plenty of seating around the pool for the whole family to relax and enjoy the peace and relaxation of our beautiful Island.
