Sea Pines Hilton Head rentals, like this lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, is perfect for the whole family. 10 Wren is in a great location- just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short walk to South Beach Marina Village. As you enter the home, you are welcomed with the openness and natural light in this home. Straight ahead on the main level is the large Great Room featuring high vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa, 42 inch flat screen TV, and a Blu-Ray player. It opens up to the dining area for 8 and also provides access to the main deck which overlooks the private pool. Around the corner is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets and a breakfast nook for 4.
Just off the entry foyer are 4 steps up leading to three of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds and shares the full hall bathroom with a combo shower/tub. At the end of the hall to the right is the queen bedroom which has a TV and DVD player and shares the hall bath as well. The master bedroom with a King bed has a 32 " flat screen TV and DVD player, walk-in closet, and a private bath featuring tile floors, skylight, shower/tub combo. There is also an additional vanity and sink in the bedroom. The master bedroom also has a private deck that overlooks the pool. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level has two twin beds, a private bathroom with a shower only, a TV with a DVD player and a sliding door that leads to the pool deck.
