Palmetto Dunes rentals like 103 Windsor Place are the perfect getaway for a family vacation! It is located on the first floor, with views of landscaped gardens, pond with a fountain, and slight ocean views. When entering the villa, to the right is the formal dining area which has a glass top table for 6, ultra-suede upholstered chairs and an elegant light fixture. The fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and extra table for 6 are all open to one another giving this villa a very bright and airy feel. The kitchen features beautiful custom cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for 2. The living room offers guests plenty of seating and has a 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and a queen sleeper sofa.
From the front entry a hallway on the left leads to all the bedrooms. The queen bedroom is the first and has a private bath with a shower only. Next down the hall on the right is the first of the king bedrooms, with a private bath with a combo shower/tub, And access to the balcony. The twin bedroom is farther down the hall on the left with a private bath with a combo shower/tub. Lastly at the end of the hall you will reach the master bedroom. It has a 27” flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player, a bathroom that is fit for a king and queen! It features stone flooring, granite countertops, and a tiled glass enclosed 2- person shower with body jets and dual shower heads. The large balcony off the living room extends down along both of the king bedrooms with peek-a-boo ocean views.
Located on the first floor, 103 Windsor Place has great views and plenty of space on the balcony. Guests will enjoy relaxing in one of the sitting areas, or gathering around the table with seating for four at dinner time or to play board games. Your family will enjoy any of the many attractions in Hilton Head, SC.

| We enjoyed the week at 103 Windsor Place. We had our sons, their wives and 2 grandchildren age 2 and 5. The kids and adults loved the pool and the beach and its convenience. The balconies also provided additional space during happy hours! | |||

| We loved our condo...The unit was tastefully decorated and the layout was perfect for our family. Great pool and access to the beach which we felt as if it was our own private beach. Everything was spotless. Would be nice to have a pantry or more cabinet space for groceries but overall an A+ rating. | |||
