106 Windsor Place is the perfect lodging near the beach in Palmetto Dunes. It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and provides beautiful views of the oceanfront pool and landscaped gardens. Upon entering the villa, you will see the dining room on the left with a beautiful natural wood colored table with seating for 6, and upholstered antiqued white chairs. The fully equipped kitchen, located to the right of the villa entrance, features granite countertops, a breakfast bar with 3 bright, comfortable stools, tile flooring and a full sized laundry room.

In the living area, guests will enjoy the soothing beachy colors and ample seating for everyone with a couch, one loveseat plus an additional chair for reading. It is designer decorated with gorgeous window treatments, seagrass area rug, slate tile accent tables, and also has a mounted 42” flatscreen TV w/DVD player. The living area has access to a balcony with an upright table and 4 chairs to take in the lush views of all the surrounding greenery.

To the left off the living room is the coral-themed master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV and private bath. The recently renovated bathroom has stone tile, new fixtures, granite countertops, separate stall shower and whirlpool tub, and 2 decorative black vanity mirrors. The guest bedroom is off the kitchen area to the right with 2 double beds, TV with DVD player, and balcony access. It has an adjoining shared bath with a whirlpool tub/shower combo. However, this bathroom can be made private by closing a door to the main living area.

This villa will certainly brighten your day every time you walk through the door with its golden wheat colored walls, and bright pops of color. All of the blue, green, and purple accents throughout are reminiscent of the beach and sky. Its relaxing atmosphere makes you feel like you spent a day at the spa in Hilton Head.
