107 Barrington Arms is a first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in Palmetto Dunes. This tastefully decorated villa offers gorgeous views of the landscaped grounds, lagoon, pool, and ocean. The living room has new furniture and a large flat panel TV. Beautiful new tile in the kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as the recently updated bedrooms and bathrooms, make this villa a must see. The upscale master bedroom has a king bed with access to the covered balcony. Leading into the private bath, there is a vanity with a sink. The bath features a walk-in shower, and 2nd sink. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds with the same tropical view as the living room. A hall bath with a pedestal sink has a combination tub/shower. Guests can enjoy the oceanfront pool and spa, as well as the grilling area. With easy access to the parking garage, pool, and beach path, guests are sure to enjoy their vacation.
