107 Barrington Arms is a first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in Palmetto Dunes. This tastefully decorated villa offers gorgeous views of the landscaped grounds, lagoon, pool, and ocean. The living room has new furniture and a large flat panel TV. Beautiful new tile in the kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as the recently updated bedrooms and bathrooms, make this villa a must see. The upscale master bedroom has a king bed with access to the covered balcony. Leading into the private bath, there is a vanity with a sink. The bath features a walk-in shower, and 2nd sink. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds with the same tropical view as the living room. A hall bath with a pedestal sink has a combination tub/shower.
