Hilton Head Forest Beach rentals, like 111 Ocean One, is a fantastic location for a family vacation. 111 Ocean One is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor villa with a sliding door that opens from the living room out to a private patio, leading directly to the pool and beach path. This is a perfect location for children and adults as there are no stairs required and it is easy access to and from the pool and beach.
As you walk into the villa, there is a long tile hallway that leads to the living/dining room area. To the left of the hallway are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with the standard shower/tub combination. This bedroom also has sliding doors with access to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. Separate from these on the other side of the villa is the third bedroom. This bedroom has 2 double beds and a private bath with the shower/tub combination.
Upon entering the main living area there is an open kitchen with breakfast bar and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen opens to the dining and living area. Just past the living room, which also has a sleeper sofa for additional guests, is the patio access. The patio will provide guests with a spectacular view of the morning sunrise.
The Ocean One complex has a large oceanfront pool, with ample decking and lounge chairs to accommodate guests. Amid the lush landscaping, guests can stroll down the private beach walk, and go directly onto the beach. Ocean One is also within a 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza - a must see destination with plenty of Hilton Head shopping and great restaurants!

| Loved the location. You could walk to restaurants, shops & grocery store. We had family living near. It was very convenient. We liked that we were right on the beach. It was great taking our morning walk just by walking out the door. The place was large enough to have family over. The pool area wasnt crowded during the day and it was kept really clean. We liked it very much. It was the best place we have rented in Hilton Head. Beach Properties were excellent to work with. We would like to rent this place again next year. | |||

| The property was perfect for our needs. My wife and I have twins girls that were 6 months old at the time and the other couple had three children ranging from 6 years thru 4 months. The location could not have been better. We were just steps away from the pool and fairly close to the ocean, as close as you can be on the east coast with the dunes. We had a lot of stuff to take to the pool and beach and I could not imagine lugging the all of it up and down stairs. Right out of the patio door right into the pool.......Also we were a short walk to the Coligny Plaza which was great. | |||
