Located on a beautiful lagoon in Palmetto Dunes, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is serene and comfortable. Completely renovated, this property has the perfect floor plan to accommodate everyone and bedrooms are located on both levels. Guests staying in Palmetto Dunes rentals in the Abbington Complex have access to the oceanfront pool at Hampton Place.
Upon entering the villa, guests will enter the spacious living/dining area with cathedral ceilings and views of the lagoon through the windows in the back of the room. New, rectangular, “hardwood” tile flooring is found throughout the entry, kitchen, living and dining areas. The living and dining areas have elegant dark wood furniture along with vibrant red sofas and a 41inch flat panel TV. The open kitchen has Silestone countertops, stainless steel appliances, new white cabinets and full size Whirlpool HE washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open to an attractive deck that overlooks the lagoon and has 2 chairs and a built in seat.
Two bedrooms are found on the main floor both with Queen beds and private bathrooms. The bedroom at the front of the villa has a 26 inch flat screen TV, and the private bathroom has standard tub/shower combination. The other queen bedroom overlooks the lagoon and has a 31 inch flat screen TV and the private bath has a standard tub/shower combination, double sinks and new dark wood cabinetry.
There is an attractive staircase that leads up to the third bedroom which has two twin beds and a 21 inch flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a separate shower only, and there is a large walk-in closet is at the back of the bathroom.
Guests staying at 116 Abbington can access the beach and pool at the Hampton Place complex, which is located across the street and is a short 3 minute walk. As with all guest staying in Palmetto Dunes, there is also access to Hilton Head golf and tennis.
