12 Wood Ibis is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located just 4 rows from the ocean. Hilton Head rentals Sea Pines, like this private home, is perfect for a family gathering. Upon entering, guests will walk into the spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows, making it a bright and sunny area. To the left, off the foyer, is a den which has a sleeper sofa and TV providing extra room for guests and family. Just past the living room is the large eat-in kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen is bright with white cabinets and has more counter space than you could ever need. Prepare meals at home and take advantage of the two sinks, two ovens and large island. There is an eat-in dining table along with a seating area for two connected to the island. In addition, there is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and living area. Guests will enjoy the wet bar that is located on one side of the kitchen and extends to the living room. Both the living and dining areas have sliding doors leading to the pool, hot tub and deck.

The first master bedroom is located in the back of the home, off of the main living room. Here you will find a king bed and a private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. Off the entry foyer is a staircase leading 8 steps up to the next level, where the second master suite is located. This bedroom offers great privacy and also has a King bed and private bathroom with a shower only. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer located on this level. In addition, there is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the large master closet on the first floor.

Up another level, there is a walkway overlooking the living area which leads to more bedrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The last bedroom also has two twin beds and has a private balcony overlooking the pool. This room shares a hall bathroom that has a shower.

In the back of the house, guests can relax in the pool area which has a multi-level deck offering shade for some and sun for others. There are two patio tables and a gas grill for cooking meals. The pool and hot tub provide entertainment and relaxation after a long day at the beach. Sea Pines Resort Hilton Head offers tons of activities for everyone.
