The kitchen has been completely renovated with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The unique granite breakfast bar is gorgeous feature to this new kitchen. There is also a large screened porch with two sitting areas that leads to an upper deck overlooking the pool. Guests can also relax in the lower level family room which has a king sleeper sofa and leads directly out to the back patio and pool area. A beautifully landscaped backyard on a wooded lot, offers lots of privacy. The lagoon view and waterfall swimming pool guarantee to add a relaxing vacation.

| This is our third time renting 13 Wren in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. The home is wonderful - great location across the street from the beach. A recent renovation to the house has added comfort and amenities to this lovely home! The pool and landscaping in the back yard are wonderful. Beach Properties is a terrific rental company to work with - we have rented most of our Hilton Head vacation villas and homes through them and will continue to do so! | |||
