The master bedroom has a king bed, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen and balcony. The balcony is shared with the living room, providing a spectacular view of the ocean directly over the pool. The new bath has an antique-style soaking clawfoot tub, double vanity with granite and a beautiful private walk-in shower. The second bedroom, with two Queen beds, is located on the opposite side of the living area offering great bedroom separation. This bedroom has its own private balcony, double vanity with granite counters and a private shower. This villa is truly one of a kind with all of the upgrades you would expect in a luxury villa. Villamare complex offers indoor and outdoor pools and exercise area.

| Stayed At Many Ocean Front Condos In Last 40 Years. 1301 Villamare Was The Best. Usually One Bedroom Does Not Get View Of Ocean, Not Here. In Fact Both Also Had Balconies. Living Area Was Spacious And Also Had Access To A Balcony And A Beautiful Glass View Of Ocean. Outdoor Pool Was Huge And Heated In April With Good Size Indoor Pool That We Only Needed One Day. Workers Were Ever Present; Cleaning, Fixing, And Taking Care Of Property. This Was The Best Location And Condo We Have Ever Stayed At In The Last 4 Decades.
