1301 Villamare is a completely renovated 3rd floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views. When entering this villa the main living area, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are to your right. The new kitchen has custom cabinets, new appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar accented with wainscoting. The living and dining area offers direct oceanfront views. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen and balcony. The balcony is shared with the living room, providing a spectacular view of the ocean directly over the pool. The new bath has an antique-style soaking clawfoot tub, double vanity with granite and a beautiful private walk-in shower. The second bedroom, with two Queen beds, is located on the opposite side of the living area offering great bedroom separation.
