Upon entering the home there is a formal dining and a large great room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back deck and pool. On this level, the Master is located just inside the front door. It is a private and spacious bedroom with a King bed, cathedral ceilings, and a private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

Also located on the main floor is an open kitchen which shares a large spacious family room with a comfortable sitting area. The kitchen has a large island with a cooktop stove and breakfast bar seating 4. Hardwood floors throughout the family and kitchen areas along with many windows overlooking the pool and patio make this area the heart of the home. A set of stairs from this area leads to a large, spacious bedroom which has 2 Double beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Off the family room and kitchen is a small, private room with a desk which provides a quiet place to access the wireless Internet. There is also a small half bath which as a door leading to the pool area. This bathroom provides easy access from the pool without having to walk through the whole house. Access to the pool can also be found from the family room.

Up the main stair case is a large landing where 3 more bedrooms and a den are located. At the top of the staircase is the second Master Suite. This private Master bedroom is spacious with a Queen bed and large private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a large linen closet located in the bathroom.

Down the large landing is a den with sleeper sofa which has comfortable seating and a large flat panel television. Also down the landing are the final two bedrooms. Each of these has 2 Twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Outside, guests can relax around the spacious deck and pool areas. There is plenty of seating for everyone, along with a table with an umbrella. Guests can access the beach path from the pool area, or relax in the warm afternoon sun.
