14 Surf Scoter is the perfect home for two families or multiple generations, being a single level home with no steps. Located on the 4th row from the beach, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short 2 minute walk to the beach.
Upon entering the house, guest will first notice the den located to the right, which has a television and comfortable seating for 6 - 8 people, and overlooks the front yard of the home. This den leads to the first large Master Suite with a King bed, private bathroom with shower/tub combo and large closet.
Off the main foyer is a spacious, large living area and updated kitchen. Here there is plenty of comfortable seating, a large wall mounted 42 inch flat panel television, dining table with seating for 6 - 8 and plenty of sunshine through the large windows along the back wall. Through the kitchen is a separate spacious laundry room with washer, dryer and countertop to fold your clothes!
Located on the opposite side of this single level home are three more bedrooms. The second Master suite has a King bed, private bathroom, a 22 inch flat panel television and overlooks the outside pool area. The other two bedrooms each have 2 Twin beds and share a bathroom located in the hall which has a shower/tub combo.
The pool area is located at the front of the house and is fenced in for privacy. There is plenty of room for the entire family to relax after a day at the beach or from riding bikes on the trails in Sea Pines.

| This is the perfect home for a group containing small children. Plenty of room to play. Very convenient to beach. The only draw back is access to bike trail you must cross the main road to gain access to bike trail. Awesome family home! | |||

| We really enjoyed our stay since we had a 3 yr old along and the house was perfect for kids. The pool area is safely enclosed, the bedroom even had a night light and bed rail. The beach was close by and the area quiet enough for us. It was just perfect! We plan to request the same house in 2010 and beyond. Thanks. | |||
