1452 Sound Villa is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines and is the perfect place for family vacations. This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa has a spacious living room with a wet bar, and a formal dining area. The large fully-equipped kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has granite countertops and a large island which is great for buffets. Spectacular views of the Calibogue Sound, along with a landscaped yard with tall pine trees, can be seen from the living and dining room. Guests can relax on the upper deck sipping a cold glass of lemonade and enjoy the refreshing Southern breeze. Also located on this level are 2 twin beds with a combination tub/shower hall bathroom. Seven steps lead to a queen bed with a private combination bath featuring a granite sink with new cabinets. The top level leads to a master bedroom with a king bed, and totally renovated private bath with double sinks, travertine floors, and a large walk-in shower. Guests have a fabulous view of the water. The 2nd master suite offers a king bed with an upgraded private combination bath. From the front door, guests are able to go downstairs to the den, which has a queen sleeper sofa and a massive 51 inch tv screen. There is a full bath, shower only. A large room with a desk is adjacent to the den, as well as a laundry room. Just outside, guests can relax and grill out on the patio overlooking the Calibogue Sound. With beautiful wood hardwood floors throughout, 1452 Sound Villa has the room and comfort for a great vacation.
