The living and dining areas have glistening wood plank floors. There is also a large flat panel TV in the living room. Both areas have sliding glass doors that open to a comfortable screened porch with wicker furniture. Beyond the porch is a private sun deck with a grill and access to the beach path.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 private baths with granite countertops. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king bed and a private bathroom with a large, glassed-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. The king bedroom has views of the Sound and has a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds with use of the hall bath that features a shower. All three bedrooms have flat panel TVs. This serene area of Hilton Head is perfect for your next vacation as you watch dolphins play and shrimp boats glide by from your private back deck.
