A short walk to the ocean, this 4 bedroom/4 bath Sea Pines rental on Hilton Head, is the perfect family getaway. Also located nearby is South Beach Marina, with small shops and restaurants.
The entry into the home begins with a dining area and comfortable living area, with a 42" flat screen television. Off of the living area is a wonderful screened in porch for enjoying the pleasant evening weather. Off of the screened porch is a large wrap around deck, perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen has corion counter tops, a flat surface stove, and an eat-in breakfast area.
Up a small flight of stairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 32" flat screen television, and a small office space. The private bath has a double vanity, shower, and large walk-in closet. Off of the small office is a private deck overlooking the pool area in the back of the home.
The other bedrooms on this floor have a king bed and two twin beds. Both have 32" flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. They also share access to a deck overlooking the front drive of the home.
Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom is shared with a family room. The 46" flat screen television and large leather couches make it the perfect movie watching area for the family. The pool and spa can also be accessed from this room.
