159 North Sea Pines Drive is located on the beach side of Sea Pines Drive overlooking the Ocean Course 17th tee and just a short walk to beach path. This newer home features a great room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. A sunny Carolina room, overlooking a lagoon and golf course, allows guests extra room for entertaining. The kitchen and dining area share the same view of the peaceful backyard setting. The upstairs master bedroom suite is very spacious. The vanity area connects to a walk-in closet, a 2nd sink, sunken Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a private balcony with pool and lagoon view, perfect to enjoy with your morning coffee. Not only do guests have use of your own private pool, but they also have access to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
