| I chose Lands End because the South Beach area is my favorite. I grew up on the island and since leaving in my teens have stayed at numerous places on the island. We had a wonderful week! The home was in good shape and the amenities were very comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the deck overlooking Braddock Cove. The keyless entry made life so easy! The pool is conveniently located just across the street from the home and the beach is only steps away. We rode bikes to Harbor Town on several occasions-about 6 miles round trip, and only drove on 3-4 occasions throughout the week. We hope to stay at 16 Lands End in the future. | |||

| The house was well located to allow for access to activities while also allowing for quite, restfulness, with time to read, relax, and rejuvenate. The layout of the house gave each of us space to interact and also have private time. On the Sound side, the sun rises at the back screen porch. The boats from South Beach Harbour pass. Across the small area there is access to the beaches along the Atlantic; and the pool is just steps away from the front door. | |||

| We have rented through Beach Properties before and this was by far the cleanest and best organized rental we have experienced. The property was in perfect working order and spotless when we arrived. Also, the local management contact called on the day we checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if we had any problems/questions. Sitting on the back deck watching the boats and dolphins go by while we grilled the evening meal was very relaxing. The views of the water were beautiful from nearly every room. Our family had a wonderful time and the property was conveniently located for our interests; tennis at South beach, the beach, and the pool. Since this property is located at the tip of the island, the traffic in the area was minimal and limited to those staying in surrounding properties. Thank you for a fantastic vacation. | |||
