This beautiful, third row home is located in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is a mere 2 minute walk to the beach.  Upon entering the home through the double doors, there is a tiled entry foyer and straight ahead is a fantastic great room with wood floors and high angled ceilings. Lots of windows provide views of the lagoon and palm trees and helps bring the outdoors in.  This spacious room has plenty of seating, a 31 inch flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to a multi-level deck overlooking the backyard with a sunny pool and views of the serene lagoon

The kitchen is fully renovated with granite countertops, gas range and a built-in Sub Zero refrigerator.  There is a small deck off of the kitchen with a convenient gas BBQ for grilling up fantastic meals.  Guests will enjoy dining at either the dining room table that seat 8 or the smaller table for 5 off the kitchen.

Upon entering the home, the master bedroom is to the left and forward toward the back of the house and has a great view of the lagoon.  There is a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet, sliding glass doors to the deck and a private bath with a separate jetted tub and shower, granite countertops and double sinks To the left of the entrance is a short hallway with 2 steps up that leads to a den, 2 other bedrooms and the laundry room.  Both bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the shared bathroom, with a standard tub/shower combination, is located off of the den.  There is a sleeper sofa in the den and a 31” flat screen TV, making this area perfect for children and somewhat separated from the rest of the house.

To the right of the home’s entrance are the final two bedrooms.  One bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the hallway.  This bathroom has a shower only and can be closed off to create a private bath.  The other bedroom is located down a hall and has a queen bed and a private bath with a shower only.

167 Mooring Buoy is the perfect vacation home with lots of room both inside and out, and great bedroom separation for multiple families.  Guests have access to the 2 car garage and there is a large driveway with plenty of parking.   The walk to the beach is short and pleasantly tropical, and guests have access to the many amenities Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head has to offer. Families will enjoy every minute in this fantastic home.
