There is so much to do in South Beach in addition to being just a short walk to the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Just a few steps down into 1704 Bluff Villa, you will see a beautiful built in bookcase in the foyer leading out into the main living area. You will feel right at home in this spacious living room that has a couch with sleeper sofa and a matching loveseat. The flat screen TV and DVD player will keep you entertained if you want to have a movie night. The living room flows into the dining area and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is situated perfectly with access from the living and dining room. There is also a breakfast bar with two chairs, for additional seating. The private patio and courtyard has access from the living and dining areas. This tranquil setting is a great place for breakfast or to grill some burgers on the charcoal grill.
Down a hallway are both of the bedrooms and baths. The first bedroom has two twin beds, a television and DVD player. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with the tub/shower combo, where it is easily accessible from the bedroom and the living room. Just another few steps to your left, you will find the large master bedroom with a king sized bed and ample seating for relaxing. The private master bathroom has double sinks and a shower.
This area of Sea Pines is perfect for your vacation. The beach, Calibogue Sound and South Beach Marina will sure to keep you entertained. The marina has Hilton Head restaurants, like the Salty Dog Cafe, as well as shopping and watersports. Sea Pines also has tennis, golf courses and miles of bike paths throughout.

| My daughter and I have been to Hilton Head Island many times over the last 20 years, mostly for conferences for me and fun for her. We have always stayed in the same hotel. This time, with the addition to her one year old daughter, we decided to come for fun and wanted a more homelike experience. Our rental was all that we could ask for. It was a short walk from the shore, well maintained, and very comfortable. Even the weather worked well with us, being sunny and upper 80s to low 90s all week, unlike home which was raining and 60s the entire week. We are definitely talking about doing this again. | |||

| We had a wonderful time at the Sea Pines Bluff Villa. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. I felt comfortable with my 15 month old baby crawling on the floor, and I am very picky about cleanliness. It was nice to be able to walk 200 yards through the trees to the ocean. I guess it was really the Sound, but it was just as nice. We also enjoyed walking to the South Beach Marina for delicious meals at the Salty Dog Restaurant(s) and the very affordable dolphin cruise that left from the Marina. The pool was also a short walk and very nice. The vacation planner sent us everything we needed ahead of time and let us know that she was a phone call away if we needed her, which we didnt because everything was perfect. We look forward to returning to Hilton Head next year and would love to stay in the same villa. Thanks for a great trip. | |||

| This is our second time staying in the Bluff Villas in South Beach in Sea Pines and we really enjoy it! It is great to walk 100 yards to get ice cream, go out for dinner or lunch or order a pizza. The marina has fun kids activities and the walk to the beach is across the street. The convenience is terrific. The Bluff Villas are a great value for a one week rental. 1704 is very nice and comfortable. We had a crawling baby and a 3 year old who loved the place. Very safe for kids. BBQ and back patio was nice to have as well. | |||
