Located on the third floor, this 2 bed/2 bath villa is bright and open. Living room/dining area features porcelain tile floors and cathedral ceilings, and leads to a balcony which overlooks the park, and provides glimpses of Calibogue Sound in the distance. Furnishings have been recently updated and provide plenty of comfortable seating for all guests. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and have granite counter tops, and the master bath also includes a shower with a bench. Conveniently located in the South Beach Marina area - guests will be close to dining, shopping, tennis, boating activities, bike trails and more!!! All of this, and just a short walk to the beach!
