This one bedroom, one bath villa located on ground level has a covered patio with wrought-iron chairs offering views of Braddock Cove, as well as a gorgeous backyard peppered with palm trees. Guests can relax in the evening and grill out on the charcoal BBQ grill.
The carpeted living room has a beautiful L-shaped queen-sized sleeper sofa, comfortable armchair, and large flat screen TV with DVD. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters, a flat stove, updated cabinets, and nice tile. A stacked washer and dryer is provided as well. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a glass table and 4 rattan high-back chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, small flat screen TV, and 2 cushioned window benches to sit and watch the birds. There is a sliding glass door for access to the backyard patio where you can sit outdoors with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunshine. A hall bathroom provides double sinks, tiled floor, and a combination tub/shower.
Just a two minute walk to the beach, guests have use of the South Beach Community pool (opened seasonally). Located in the highly desirable South Beach Marina area, this villa is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment. Guests will have a great time biking or walking on the nature trails.

| The condo was very nice and overlooked the water into South Beach Marina. I like to fish and all I had to do was walk across the street to fish in the Calibogue Sound. Restaurants and shopping are a 5 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again. | |||

| The unit was very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. My wife and I traveled with 2 small children and this one bedroom unit had plenty of room for us all. The view was wonderful of the sound. We were able to watch all the boats coming in and out of the South Beach Marina and the walk to the beach was only about 100 yards. The unit was close to all the things that we wanted to do and we rented bikes for the week to ride over to Harbortown so we only had to get into our car a couple of times during the week. | |||
