18 Battery is a lovely luxury home for rent in the Sea Pines community on Hilton Head. Located in the peaceful Heritage Woods area, it is only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, with an attractive private pool in the back yard.
As you walk in the front door, straight ahead is the living and dining area which has a wall of windows along the back overlooking the patio and pool. This spacious living area has a sleeper sofa, a 31 inch flat screen TV and a formal dining table which seats 6. Just to the left of the dining room is a sunny, glassed in Carolina room – great for relaxing and reading a book. The spacious kitchen is also to the left of the foyer and has plenty of counters and cabinets and a small eat-in table for three.
There are 3 bedrooms to the right of the entry foyer and one to the left. The first bedroom on the right has a king bed, and private bathroom with double sinks and shower only. It has sliding doors that open out to the pool and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with the standard tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares a bathroom with the hallway and the main living area.
To the left of the entry foyer is the fourth bedroom. It has a king bed, large walk-in closet and a private bath with a separate shower and a jetted tub. Also on that side of the house is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a second stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen. A fifth bathroom is off of the laundry room, and it has a shower/tub combination and the tub is jetted. There is an external door that opens out to the drying yard.
This pleasant home offers lots of room and outdoor space for families to enjoy. There are numerous chairs and tables around the large pool. Guests will enjoy all the amenities of this Hilton Head Island rental home.

| The house was great for two families. Staying in Sea Pines gave everyone options to spend their days. Be sure to rent bikes to go to the beach: it is only a 5 minute ride. The beach was not crowded and it was great having a private pool to come back to. | |||

| Our stay at 18 Battery Rd in Hilton Head was absolutely wonderful. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils for comfort in utilizing mealtime at the home. The patio was great space for our leisure around the pool, playing games and feeling relaxed while sitting around the table. We will be back, Thank you for a wonderful week of glorious memories and sunshine. | |||
