1812 Bluff Villa ~ Bluff Villas Sea Pines Hilton Head South Carolina
This beautiful decorated Bluff Villa is located in the highly desired South Beach area of Sea Pines on Hilton Head. When entering the villa, guests will enjoy the spacious living area with a flat panel TV and access to a balcony overlooking the yard below. Comfortable seating for all, and a dining room table is also in this area. The fully equipped kitchen features black and tan granite countertops and a double sink.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and its own private bathroom. Plenty of light is provided by the large windows, making the room bright and cheerful. The private bathroom has a shower only, stone floors and double sinks. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and shares a bathroom with the main living area. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo, newer cabinets and stone floors.
With convenience to dining (nightly entertainment in season), shopping, tennis, boating activities, bike trails and more, 1812 Bluff Villa is a great family location. All this, and just a short 2 minute walk to the beach!

| The condo is just perfect. It is clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The location is very nice, although at one end of Hilton Head Island which means a farther drive to almost everything, but we preferred it that way because it is quiet, peaceful and the drive through Sea Pines is beautiful. Its a 2 minute walk to the beach. The balcony is small but nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. | |||

| Comfortable with great location! We had a great 4th of July week! The condo was perfect for families with children. Easy access to the beach and South Beach Marina. Would come back as soon as we can! | |||
