1824 Beachside Tennis is a pleasant one bedroom, one bath villa with fantastic views of the Calibogue Sound from all rooms. Guests will enjoy sitting out on the wrap-around balcony watching dolphins playing in the water, or taking in beautiful sunsets. The villa is a first-floor walkout, and just steps to the beach. 1824 Beachside Tennis has a fully-equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and a living room that offers a queen sleeper sofa for guests and 32 inch flat panel TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with double sinks. There is a gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping, and beautiful pine trees that surround the property. A large beachside swimming pool and grilling area are available to guests, along with easy access to the beach. Located in the highly desirable South Beach Marina area, this villa is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment. Come relax and enjoy!

| We absolutely love Hilton Head! Our stay at Beachside Tennis was great. Sea Pines area is a wonderful place to stay with restaurants and shopping close by. Beach Properties are wonderful to work with. Making reservations and check-in was a breeze. We love walking and bicycling on the beach, so to be able to walk off our own deck and onto the beach…priceless! We still would definitely stay at Beachside Tennis again. | |||

| My husband and I rented this property and it was everything we had hoped. The location was perfect. It was restful and relaxing for us. I basked in the sun and cooled in the pool as I watched and encouraged my husband who was grilling vegetables and steak by the poolside grill. There is shopping in walking distance in one direction and the pristine beach for swimming and fishing as well as other water sports in the other. We wrapped up the evenings by sitting on the porch in the beach chairs and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets together as well as the moon and stars and the quietness of the night. We hope to continue making more new memories every year at this location. Our thanks to Beach Properties for making this a very simple procedure as well as working with professional, caring, friendly people. See you again next year. | |||
