Guests will enjoy sitting out on the balcony watching shrimp boats go by and dolphins playing in the Calibogue Sound. A large beachside swimming pool and grilling area are available to guests, along with easy access to the beach. Pleasantly decorated, the master bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. The balcony is shared with the living room and features a view of the swimming pool, the gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping, and the Calibogue Sound. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds, and a private bath with double sinks and combination tub/shower. Guests can access the bathroom from the hallway as well. The private balcony overlooking the water is perfect for sipping a glass of cold lemonade mid-afternoon while soaking up the sunshine. Beautiful pines trees surround the property and provide a peaceful setting. | This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was so spacious and clean. A great view of the Sound from the huge balcony. It was furnished nicely and everything you need in the kitchen. The split bedroom plan each with its own bathroom gives lots of privacy. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Having the keys mailed directly to us before arriving was so convenient and stress free for the time of our arrival. Our beds were made and our towels were in the condo when we got there. Hilton Head is so beautiful with lots of nature. We saw dolphin daily from our balcony It was fabulous! Lots of good places to eat! Everything contributed to our wonderful vacation! | |||

| 1879 Beachside Tennis Villa was a great rental. The divided bedroom plan is good and the views are outstanding. The beach is literally outside your door. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining. This was our third stay in this unit and we will return! | |||
