Located just steps from the beach, the newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa offers great bedroom separation for plenty of privacy. The updated kitchen features tile flooring, stainless appliances with a flat stove, and a breakfast bar. The dining area offers a secluded view of the Calibogue Sound and the beautiful pine trees that surround the property. The living room has a large flat panel TV with HDTV, sleeper sofa, and access to a wrap-around balcony. Step outdoors and take in the breeze as you overlook the gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping and a spectacular ocean view.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, a flat panel TV, and a view of the ocean as well as the Calibogue Sound. | I have been going to Hilton Head for a week for a ladies getaway for 7 years. We found 1883 Beachside Tennis and fell in love with this unit and have stayed there the last 5 years and will be returning again. It is a top floor corner Penthouse with a gorgeous panoramic view and you can enjoy the dolphins playing in the sound right from one of the balconies. This property has been very well maintained. We love the location we like being in Sea Pines and can walk over to South Beach, can bike ride to Sea Pines Center, and Harbor Town. It is a lovely villa. I would say the only thing negative is if you are a real ocean person the beach there is not the best and is on the Sound, but you can go up to the Beach Club and they have free parking if you are in Sea Pines and spend the day there and a lovely beach on the ocean. But on the other hand if you are a pool person Beachside Tennis has a lovely pool with grills. I would recommend this property. | |||
