1887 Beachside Tennis is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor corner villa. Enjoy spectacular views of the Calibogue Sound from the living room, dining area, and both bedrooms. Stairs from the back deck lead down to a gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping, and quick beach access. The living area has a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and a wrap around balcony. The balcony also connects to the kitchen and dining area, and both bedrooms. This villa has hardwood floors throughout and a completely updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a private bath. The bathroom has double sinks and updated flooring. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. The private bath can also be accessed from the foyer. Beachside Tennis has its own pool and beach path, and is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, dining, and shopping. Whether drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning on the veranda, or sipping a cool lemonade mid-afternoon while basking in the sunshine, guests will be sure to have a memorable vacation in this upscale villa.
