Newly redecorated, this large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo offers wonderful views of the Calibogue Sound. Guests can enjoy watching dolphins or take in beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great bedroom separation provides guests plenty of privacy. It is an easy walk to South Beach Marina, which provides a variety of water sports, dining, and shopping. 1898 Beachside Tennis has a gorgeous interior. The fully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel double sinks, granite counters, and a flat top stove. The villa has refreshing light yellow walls and beautiful new flooring throughout the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the landscaped yard, tall trees, and the Calibogue Sound. The private bath features a large shower with a bench, double vanities with granite counters, and floor to ceiling wood cabinets. There is a generous-sized changing room as well. The guest bedroom provides 2 double beds, and has access to the balcony connected to the living room. The hall bath features a large sunken tub, double vanities with granite counters and wood cabinets. Guests can relax on the ultra suede couch and chaise lounge in the living room, watching TV on the 37 inch flat screen.

| The villa was well furnished with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. This unit was in a quiet location not overlooking the pool with a good view of the scenic sound, yet the surf was easily heard. The location with an easy walk to the marina with restaurants and shops was a big plus. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the pelicans and dolphins in the Sound and the birds in the pine trees close to the villa. | |||
