The home features a formal carpeted living room with a wet bar and wine cooler, and a formal dining room that seats 10. Start your day in the delightful breakfast nook that seats 6, or sit at the counter in the kitchen, while the tall windows let in the natural sunlight. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family room with a sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen TV. Both the living room and family room overlook the beautiful backyard with a private pool and spa. High hedges and tall trees surrounding the swimming pool provide the utmost in privacy, and guests feel the inviting atmosphere of a tropical resort. The large master suite has a king bed, a sitting area, and a spacious private bath. The bath has a sunken Jacuzzi tub with a window, separate shower, and double vanities. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath. The final bedroom, which has 4 sets of bunk beds and a private bath, makes this house ideal for a large family.
