This room looks out over the pool area in the back of the house and is bright and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen opens into a second smaller living area with a flat panel television, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a breakfast bar looking over this living area and three stools for a quick breakfast in the morning. There is a small glass top table in the kitchen which seats 6, and a large dining table with seating for 10 in the separate living room.
The first bedroom is on the left hand side as you walk into the home. It has high trey ceilings and a comfortable sitting area with two chairs & ottomans. There is a king sized bed, a flat panel television and a private bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is also on the first floor, and has a Queen bed, flat panel television and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is located on the second level and has three bunk beds, with a total of six Twin size beds. This room is great for children as it is located away from the main living areas and has its own private bathroom and flat panel television. There is a small table for playing games and plenty of room for everyone to play.
The pool is located in the back of the home, where you will find a grilling area and plenty of lounge chairs for your convenience and relaxation. The beach is a short walk, and you will have maximum privacy with the tropical setting around the home. You can easily enjoy all the amenities the Palmetto Dunes community has to offer, including biking, kayaking or Hilton Head shopping at the Shelter Cove Marina.
