2 Green Heron is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that has been completely updated. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, the home is located in the highly desirable Sea Pines Plantation. 2 Green Heron provides guests with plenty of living space, both indoors and out. There is a small private patio off the living and dining room, perfect for enjoying breakfast and your morning coffee. The formal living room, large kitchen with a center island, and dining area all have beautiful wood floors. The adjacent seating area has a sleeper sofa and small table ideal for board games or playing cards. This area as well as the entranceway has a patterned brick floor. The large swimming pool is totally enclosed for the utmost in privacy, surrounded by a fence and tall trees.
Three bedrooms are on the 1st level. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath with double sinks and shower only, along with access to the side courtyard. The queen bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the 2 twin beds. The twin bedroom also has access to the pool area. The last bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed and private bath with combination tub/shower. 2 Green Heron is a quick walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club for a snack, or an easy bike ride to Harbour Town. Guests are sure to have a wonderful family vacation.
