20 Gunnery is a lovely 2-story home overlooking a lagoon in the heart of Sea Pines. This home has been totally renovated inside and out including updated furnishings, beautifully designed bathrooms, and granite counters in the kitchen. In the front yard there is a charming courtyard with beautiful little gardens with benches and chairs. An outside cooking area complete with sink and refrigerator is adjacent to the pool and spa, perfect for grilling steaks and burgers. The downstairs level has light wood floors throughout, and features both a formal living room, and a Carolina Room which faces the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, a desk, and a private bath with shower only with a bench. The bedroom with 2 twins has a private bath with a grey marble sink and shower only with a bench. Both bedrooms have access to the front yard patio. Upstairs are 2 queen bedrooms that share a hall bath with shower only. Guests will enjoy an easy bike ride to the beach and all the Sea Pines amenities. Whether relaxing in the hammock by the pool, or sipping cold lemonade on the private elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and downstairs patio, you will enjoy this delightful home.

| I was excited about our vacation and found the pictures of this home lovely. After entering the home, doing the quick look around, I was blown away. The floor plan was ideal for my extended family. The pool area was perfect for entertaining. The lagoon was peaceful. The upstairs balcony was roomy and nice for someone who needs alone time. The home was clean a spacious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to do the same. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is far more beautiful in person! | |||

| We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head. 20 Gunnery Lane was really nice, especially the renovated bath rooms and kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor cooking and will go back again. We have rented several vacation homes and this one was a class A. | |||
