205 North Shore Place is one of our premier North Forest Beach Rentals on Hilton Head Island, and this villa has all the amenities for a luxurious vacation. Located on the second floor of this upscale complex, guests will delight in the fourth floor rooftop swimming pool and hot tub where they can look across the street over trees at a partial view of the ocean.
Designer decorated with a soothing color scheme, guests will feel relaxed on their vacation while staying here. When entering the villa, there is a formal dining room with 6 high back rattan cushioned chairs. The galley style kitchen offers a breakfast bar that seats three, Corian counters, double sinks, and a flat top stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a Queen sized sleeper sofa, comfortable armchairs, and a TV with VCR/DVD. A door leads out to a large covered balcony overlooking Coligny Plaza and is surrounded by trees, providing the perfect space for sipping your morning coffee, or a cool glass of lemonade mid-afternoon. This veranda has a table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs for reading your favorite book.
Off the living room is the carpeted master bedroom with a king bed, small flat screen TV, and a beautiful private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. A pocket door separates the sink area from rest of the bathroom. There is also a door leading out to the veranda. The guest bedroom, which is located to the right of the front entrance, has 2 twin beds, a small flat screen TV, and a private bath with a combination tub/shower. This villa is sure to provide your family with a memorable vacation.

| We found 205 North Shore Place to be very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is ideal being 2 minutes from the beach and right across from Coligny Plaza. Only took a few minutes to walk to a good restaurant. The roof top pool and jacuzzi at North Shore were clean and well kept. We enjoyed having access to the beach side pool at Sea Crest as well. No complaints from us or our friends. It was a very pleasant stay. | |||

| The location is great. It is right across from Coligny Plaza so my friends and I could walk there. It is also only a couple minutes walk from the beach and you get access to both the pool on the 4th floor and the oceanside pool of another resort. I visited both pools and the oceanside pool was great because you had a beautiful view of the ocean. Entry was all via numbered codes so there was a code to enter the parking garage, elevator, and your room itself which was great because we didnt have to carry keys around and if not everyone wanted to do everything together we could split up and not have to worry about everyone having a key. The room was beautiful as well. | |||

| We stayed in a North Shore Place condo the first week of May 2010. It was a short walk to the ocean, stores, restaurants and the bike path was just outside the door of the complex. We especially liked the security features-coded gate to get into the parking garage, ground level elevator and pedestrian entrances. The pool on the fourth floor roof area was stellar!
