This West Indies designed home includes all the amenities you would expect to find in a premier home including a beautiful private pool and spa*. The kitchen opens to the family area with access to the large back deck, perfect for family gatherings. This home has two master suites, a large living room, formal dining room and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, antique style cabinets, granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats five. The master bedroom on the 1st level features a gorgeous private bath with his and her vanities, sunken Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a bath located on this level as well. Up a few steps is a laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The twin bedroom and the queen bedroom both feature a private bath with shower only. Upstairs on the third level are 2 bedrooms and the loft area. The loft has a sleeper sofa, table for 4, and a TV/DVD. The 2nd master suite has a private bath with an additional hall entrance, featuring a large shower only.
