21 Ruddy Turnstone is a magnificent new 5 bedroom, 5 bath home just 4th row from the ocean and located next to the beachwalk for easy access to the beach. This West Indies designed home includes all the amenities you would expect to find in a premier home including a beautiful private pool and spa*. The kitchen opens to the family area with access to the large back deck, perfect for family gatherings. This home has two master suites, a large living room, formal dining room and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, antique style cabinets, granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats five. The master bedroom on the 1st level features a gorgeous private bath with his and her vanities, sunken Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a bath located on this level as well. Up a few steps is a laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The twin bedroom and the queen bedroom both feature a private bath with shower only. Upstairs on the third level are 2 bedrooms and the loft area. The loft has a sleeper sofa, table for 4, and a TV/DVD. The 2nd master suite has a private bath with an additional hall entrance, featuring a large shower only. The 5th bedroom has 2 queen beds with a private combination tub/shower with unique brick tile.
