This nicely furnished, 3bedroom/3 bath villa is located on the second floor. There are two Master bedrooms, both with King beds. The oceanfront master bedroom has a private bath and the second shares the bathroom with the hall. Both have large soaking tubs, double sinks and separate showers. One of the Master's also includes a queen sleeper sofa. The third bedroom has two double beds and a bath with large soaking tub, double sinks and separate shower. Access to the balcony can be found from one Master bedroom, the bedroom with two double beds, and the living room.

| We liked the condo. We typically rent a place at the beach for extended family to meet at, and this condo was plenty big for 2 families of 4 plus the grandparents. The rooms were big, and each had its own bathroom. We were disappointed that you couldnt see the ocean from the balcony, although the beach was just steps away. Also, it is near public beach access. It was nice to have Coligny Plaza just across the street, so grocery shopping was easy. | |||

| The location has fast access to the ocean front pool and ocean. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, shopping and entertainment right across the street. Loved having a Piggly Wiggly so close. We were there in June and the beach was pretty busy during the day. Not for someone looking for a secluded beach. The rooms were nicely furnished. Clean. Easy parking. Great for families that want to be close to the action. | |||
