This villa offers an open floor plan making this property great for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space and wood flooring. There is also a full size washer and dryer in a closet off of the hallway. The dining area has seating for 6 with an additional 2 spots at the breakfast bar, so there is room for everyone. The living room features a flat panel TV as well as a sleeper sofa. Off the living room is one of the balconies with residential views for Avocet Street. Just a quick walk downstairs and you can enjoy the beach, pool and other Sea Crest amenities!
The first bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks. This bathroom is shared with the hallway.
