The kitchen and bathrooms both have gorgeous granite countertops and updated black appliances in the kitchen. The spacious living/dining area has porcelain tile floors that look like cherry wood. This comfortable area provides guests with views overlooking the landscaped pond and fountain. The Master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with double granite sinks and a shower only. The Guest bedroom has two Queen beds, private balcony, and a bathroom with a granite sink and a shower/jetted tub combo. A second balcony is located off the main living area and is shared with the Master bedroom. This villa is a perfect location for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

| We were impressed with the unit overall. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and furniture was comfortable. We had never been to Hilton Head before and loved it. We had a wonderful relaxing time and couldnt have picked a better unit for our family with 3 young children! The only need for the unit would be a better sweeper. | Our Condo was large, clean, and well furnished. It was close to the beach, and we took two three mile walks a day. Would recommend Villamare without reservations. We will be back. Our friends were envious. | |||

| I will start by praising the website for Beach Properties. The property descriptions were accurate and the maps of Hilton Head and of the properties allowed us to make a choice that was right for us. Our villa was in very good condition and well equipped. The rest of the property was very nicely landscaped and maintained. We were able to choose a villa away from the pool, which we thought might be noisy. Being near the road was not a problem at all since it was a quiet community. Palmetto Dunes was quiet and relaxed. Loved being away from a lot of commercial activity. Thanks again for a great time. | |||
