2312 Sea Crest is a fabulous, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located on the third floor of this Forest Beach complex. Sea Crest villas Hilton Head, like 2312 Sea Crest, has a spectacular ocean and pool view from the living area and two of the bedrooms.

As you walk into the foyer there is one bedroom to the right. It has a charming, wooden king size bed and a private balcony with an ocean view. There is a private bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks.

Upon entering the main living area located straight ahead of the foyer, there is an expansive view of the water gardens and the ocean. There is an open floor plan comprising of the living, dining and kitchen areas. This inviting room is spacious, light and comfortable and has carpet throughout, except in the kitchen where it is tiled. The dining room table has seating for six with three additional barstools at the breakfast bar. Guests can easily fix meals at home in this fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a full size washer and dryer in a hallway off the living area. Soak up the ocean breeze from the living room balcony and enjoy the ocean, pool and water garden views.

The second bedroom, located off of the living room, has a king bed, private bath with separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks. This room also has access to the living room balcony. The third bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area. It has 2 double beds, a large walk-in closet and access to the hall bathroom which has a separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks.
