This villa is nicely decorated with VanLuit wall coverings and ceramic tile flooring throughout the kitchen, living and dining area. When entering the villa, the dining room is to your left and the kitchen is to your right. The open floor plan makes this area very bright and spacious. This large kitchen has tons of counter space and a breakfast bar with additional seating for three. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Just past the kitchen is the living room, with plenty of seating for everyone and features a 32 inch flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and guests will enjoy a fantastic view of the ocean and the beach along with the gorgeous landscaped lawn and trees.
Just off the main living area is the master bedroom with a king bed and a view of the water. The private master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, separate shower and a walk-in closet. This updated bathroom has beautiful tile flooring that continues throughout the shower. On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom which has two twin beds. Relax and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony, connecting to the living room balcony.
