25 Heath is a pretty, pastel home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there is lots of room for a budget conscious family to enjoy the special charms of Palmetto Dunes Rentals on Hilton Head Island, SC. This lovely home has a private pool and is just a 15 minute walk to the beach.
As you enter the home, there is an open living room with a deck off the back that overlooks the pool. The living room has a 40 inch flat panel TV and a sleeper sofa, and there is a separate dining room with a formal dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has an eat-in table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar for 2. All three rooms have attractive tray ceilings and plenty of space for family and friends to spread out.
There are 2 bedrooms on the left side of the home. Both have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom that has the standard shower/tub combination. The other 2 bedrooms are on the right side of the house. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 31 inch flat panel TV, and a private bath with double sinks and a separate shower and whirlpool tub. The other bedroom is up a flight of steps, and it has a queen size bed and a 20 inch flat panel TV. There is a private bathroom with the standard shower/tub combination.

| We had an amazing time! Great house, great location, a little far to the beach, and great value! The decor was a little overwhelming, lots of floral prints, but we mostly were just sleeping there anyways so it didnt really bother me to much. Layout of the house is awesome for a family with 4 kids, they stayed entertained with the pool from wake up to bed time. Great Vacation! | |||

| My wife and I along with our two sons ages 4 and 11 stayed at the house. We knew going in that because we chose to vacation in August that the house would have seen a lot of traffic throughout the summer vacation season. We did not expect the house to be as spotless as it was. I must say that the house was exceptionally clean, spotless. We enjoyed the pool and being able to swim at night time was a real treat for all of us. We ordered bicycles and rode all around the neighborhood every day. | We enjoyed our vacation at 25 Heath in Hilton Head more than any vacation we have had. My husbands mother passed away 3 weeks before our vacation and we needed that time to grieve. It was also the weekend of Mothers Day, and so on Mothers Day we spent it at the beach, came back to the house and made a wonderful dinner and watched movies. I really think it did my husband a world of good to not have to be at home on this day. The house was gorgeous, clean and we felt right at home. If we ever have the opportunity to go again, I would love to stay at 25 Heath. Thanks for the wonderful time!!! | |||
