When entering the villa foyer, to the left is the kitchen which opens to the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space for preparing meals and it also has a breakfast bar for additional seating. There is also a stackable washer/dryer available for use. The kitchen is part of the open floor plan and flows into the dining and living areas. The living room has a loveseat and couch, which turns into a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a 32 inch flat panel TV for additional guests to enjoy. Off the living room is a balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a morning coffee in the ocean breeze.
Just off the living room, through beautiful French doors, is the large master bedroom suite. The master has a king bed, wall mounted flat panel TV, large soaking tub, vanity and a separate private shower. There is also access to a balcony that is shared with the living area. On the opposite side of the villa, just off of the foyer, is the guest bedroom with 2 double beds, flat panel TV with DVD player, and a private bath with a combo shower/tub. This room also has a private balcony.
