26 Duck Hawk is a unique 4 bedroom, 4 « bath oceanfront home located in Sea Pines Plantation. The first level has a den with wet bar and 64 inch TV leading out to the covered back patio and pool*. The pool* is surrounded by a large multi-level deck with a private walkway to the beach. The pool is also partially covered with a large sundeck above with beautiful ocean views. The first master bedroom has a king bed with access to 2 patios (one of them private) and a private bath with a shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds, also with access to the back patio and use of the hall bath with a shower and double sinks. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, private bathroom and back patio access. The second level has gorgeous views of the ocean with vaulted ceilings and skylights making the whole space open & bright. The formal dining area offers a large table for gatherings with a wet bar. The living area has a 49 inch HDTV flat screen as well. Off the kitchen is a eat-in area with access to the large sundeck over the pool. The views from here are absolutely amazing. The second master has a king bed with a large private bath with his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This house is perfect for large gatherings and ideal for your next vacation.

| 26 Duck Hawk is fantastic house to rent. It is so large that we all got the opportunity to be together when we wanted but also the opportunity to hide away! The location is perfect and close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Beach Properties was wonderful. We had two problems and both times they were handled immediately. I would highly recommend them. The rental company they use for baby equipment and beach chairs was also outstanding. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. We are looking forward to a family vacation again next year. | |||

| It is always nice to stay in Sea Pines because of the endless bike trails and access to South Beach Marina and of course Harbour Town. This was a beautiful home, it really is a quiet and private oceanfront home with all of the provisions we needed. Even though the condos we have stayed at in the past were nice, it is really great to be in a home and have your own pool and so many balconies to enjoy the sun and views. We would definitely stay here again. | |||
