Curving, brick steps lead up to the inviting, double entry front doors which are the entrance to the home.As you enter, guests will find themselves looking at the living room straight ahead and the kitchen to the right.The large living room has wood floors, plenty of seating and a 31 inch flat screen TV as well as a DVD.It opens out to a screened-in porch, which overlooks the private pool*, golf course and lagoon, and has comfortable chairs and a dining table for six.To the right of the front door is the spacious kitchen with French county style cabinets, yellow tile countertops and stainless steel appliances.Guests can enjoy meals in the nook located just off the kitchen which has a table and chairs, extra seating and a flat screen TV.Beyond the kitchen is a formal dining room with elegant, dark wood table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms on this main, upper level.The Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and a private bath with a shower only, double sinks and marble countertops.There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in this room, and doors that open up to the shared deck.The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private balcony.It shares a bath with the hallway that has a standard shower/tub combination and marble countertops.

From the main upper level, there is a staircase that descends to the ground level.On this lower level is another family room with comfortable leather sofas, 31 inch flat screen TV and DVD.This living room has sliding glass doors that lead to the nicely landscaped pool and hot tub.There are three bedrooms on this level.The first is located to the left of the family room is considered a second Master with a king bed and a private bath with the standard shower/tub combination.The other two bedrooms are located off of a hallway to the right the living area.They both share a bathroom with the shower/tub combination that is accessed from the hallway.One bedroom has two queen beds and sliding glass doors to the pool area. The other bedroom has three twin beds.

Also on the ground level is a large utility area with full size washer and dryer and a half bath.There is a door to a single car, covered carport, and another door to the lower driveway for quick access to the beach and outdoor shower.26 West Beach Lagoon is perfect for a family vacation full of beach and pool fun.
