28 Battery is a delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home. Sea Pines rentals, like 28 Battery, is on one-level located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the resort. When arriving at the home you will first walk through a wooden front gate, the pool and hot tub area is on the left. There is ample seating poolside where guests can enjoy lunch at the poolside table or relax in a lounge chair. An outdoor shower is provided for additional convenience after a day at the beach.
As you enter the inside of the home, straight ahead is a spacious Great room which has high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, a 40" flat panel TV with DVD, and an antique-style dining table for six. Off the dining room is access to the large screened-in porch so you can soak in the ambience of the Low Country, while relaxing with multiple seating areas. It is great for unwinding at the end of the day. The fully-equipped kitchen is located to the right off the entry foyer or through the dining room. It is very open with several skylights, lots of counter space and features a breakfast bar that seats three. There is also an eat-in kitchen table that seats four with access to the back deck with a gas grill. Adjoining is a seating area with a sleeper sofa that can be used for additional guests.
When first entering the home, the twin bedroom is immediately on the left featuring two twin beds, and a 32" flat screen with DVD player. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the hallway and has a stone tile walk-in shower. Down a hallway to the left, is the first master suite with king-sized bed, 26" flat screen with DVD and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd master suite is on the right at the end of the hall. It has a king-sized bed with a 32" flat screen with DVD, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in stone tile shower and a soaking tub.
28 Battery is sure to provide a memorable and artful Hilton Head rental vacation for your family. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and is close proximity to the Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina, which offers entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and boating activities.

| The house on Battery Road was perfect.This was our first time with Beach Properties and were delighted to find such a marvelous place. The property description does not do it justice. The house was charming, plenty of space, open, and best of all was the pool! The harbor area was only a 10 minute drive and met all our needs - fun, relaxing, entertainment. Future destinations will include researching Beach Properties website to see if rentals are available in the area. Thank you again for providing a wonderful place. | |||

| I just loved our stay. Everything was so perfect. A well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a wonderful grill. Lovely secluded pool area. I could live in this home full time. The owners did an excellent job. This home is fantastic and so comfortable. | |||

| We had a great time staying at 28 Battery. It is a beautiful home! Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised when someone from Beach Properties called us shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool and spa were wonderful! The house is close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to bike to the beach and the Salty Dog! We would definitely recommend this home to other families and would consider staying here again! | |||
