3 Atlantic Pointe is the vision of Southern Charm. Located in a private community within Sea Pines, this newer plantation home sits among stately live oaks and tall pines. Most rooms overlook the 15th hole of Ocean Course. Covered porches provide a perfect setting for catching some sun or watching the action on the golf course. There is also a large front porch which will provide the perfect spot for sipping ice tea or reading a book. Two master suites make this a perfect rental for a large family or two smaller families. The first floor master suite has a beautiful crescent shaped sitting area surrounded by windows. The first master bath has a double granite vanity, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The upstairs master suite has access to a large balcony with expansive views of the golf course and glimpse of the ocean. The upstairs master bath has a double granite vanity, shower and Jacuzzi tub. Two more bedrooms are upstairs and both have twin beds and share a bathroom. The large eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The open floor plan also features a dining area and great room with updated furnishings.
