30 Canvasback is a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath 3rd row luxurious home with over 4,600 square feet. Upon entering the home, there is a grand staircase and a long hallway that leads to the great room. The great room has beautiful wood ceilings and floors along with many windows bringing in natural light. The great room has a wet bar, two separate seating areas with 2 TVs and a large, round dining table that seats eight. The great room opens up to a screened porch with comfortable seating. It also opens out to the sunny pool and spa area. Relax and enjoy the lovely views of the ocean from the great room and the pool area. This vacation home has a small, private paved walkway to the adjacent beach path which is only 100 yards to the ocean.
The main level also features a fabulous cook's kitchen with a six burner gas stove, huge side-by-side refrigerator, stone counter tops and a central island with seating for four. In addition, there is also a formal dining room off the kitchen. There is a master bedroom on this main level with a king bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is also a half bath off of the hallway as well as a full laundry room.
The upper level has a unique skylight that provides bright, natural lighting. There are five bedrooms on this level. Two bedrooms have king beds, large covered terraces with ocean views, private bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. Each of these two suites is entered through grand double doors. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and private baths with a shower. The fifth bedroom is a children's room with five day beds and a wall-mounted TV and a pocket door for privacy. This is a truly spectacular home that will create the vacation experience of a lifetime.
