Vacation rentals in Sea Pines are perfect for family fun, and 301 Beach Lagoon Villa is no exception. This lovely, ground floor villa has a spectacular view of the lagoon and the Ocean Course Golf Links, and just a short 4 minute walk to the beach, or the Sea Pines Beach Club.

When arriving at the condo, guests will enter through a wrought iron gate and find themselves in a shady, private, outdoor courtyard, which has a small table and two chairs. Entering the villa, guests will be in the main living area which is French country inspired and has wood, pine planking floors. The dining room has a table with seating for 6 people, and the cozy living room has three sofas and large 37 inch flat panel TV. Just beyond the living room is a Carolina room that has a wall of glass that looks out to the beautiful, sunny, private patio and lagoon. The kitchen in 301 Beach Lagoon has been recently remodeled with Corian countertops, flat top stove, and stainless steel appliances. It has a small pass-through/breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The master bedroom is found off the living room, and has a king bed and a private bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. There are also shuttered sliders that open to the Carolina room. The other 2 bedrooms are accessed along the courtyard hallway. The first bedroom with the two twin beds must be walked through to reach the bedroom with the two double beds. They share a bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination, and both bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading into the courtyard.

Guests staying at 301 Beach Lagoon have use of the Plantation Club pool, which is located about 5 minutes from the condo. Add to this the Preferred Guest Card that all guests of Beach Properties receive when arriving, and you have the makings of the perfect family vacation!

    We loved the condo. We had four adults and three children and it provided ample seating and sleeping room. The condo was very clean - immaculate really... and I am hard to impress when it comes to that. Location was great - three minute walk to beach or pool.

    Love the villa - very peaceful and very upbeat. We all loved 301 Beach Lagoon Rd. It was perfect for our family of four plus my Mom. The unit was beautifully decorated an maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and to the bike rental office. We particularly liked the privacy as it is an end unit. We look forward to staying here again next year. Thanks!have a great way for check in - much better to be able to go there directly. Great service as always. Reservations is a breeze. We will be back.
