301 Windsor Place ~ Vacation Rentals Palmetto Dunes
301 Windsor Place is a tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath villa located on the third floor. This villa provides guests with beautiful views of the ocean and pool, allowing guests to watch the sunrise from the balcony. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate showers. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as 52 inch HDTV. The balcony can be accessed from both the second bedroom and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops.

| Nice, comfortable condo. Great location! The place could use some updates of the bathroom fixtures as they were old and sometimes difficult to use. Also, the windows in the master bedroom were not operable. However, these issues were very minor and, overall, the condo and the complex were good. We were surprised to find that we could park in a parking garage and this was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. | |||

| We have enjoyed Hilton Head for many years but the best place that we have stayed at is Windsor Place and in particular suite #301 for its comfort, convenience and view. This past say was our third in the same unit and we hope the unit will be available when we sign up to visit the Island again. | |||

| Our stay at Windsor Place was great. We had always stayed in hotels when we vacationed in Hilton Head but with two kids we really needed more room. I searched online with Beach Properties and went with Windsor Place hoping it was a nice property. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up. It was very nice. I loved not having to deal with a room key or having to go by an office when we arrived on the property. The key pad code was sent with our information package and made it very easy for checking in. The condo was exactly as we were told. Plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms were roomy. It was also great being right on the beach and having two pools was great, too. There were only a few times that the pool was crowded. We are planning another trip to Hilton Head this summer and would love to stay in the same property if possible. | |||
